£200 Deposit: When you book, you pay a £200 deposit through our secure platform to hold your appointment.

Remaining Balance: You pay the remaining treatment cost directly to the clinic after your treatment is completed.

Why this system? This protects both you and the clinic. The deposit shows commitment, and paying after treatment ensures you're satisfied.

Deposit Refund Policy

Full refund: Cancel 14+ days before appointment

50% refund: Cancel 7-14 days before

No refund: Cancel less than 7 days before

Medical emergencies and special circumstances are handled case-by-case.
